With the temperatures rising, we love to whip up these hearty, protein-rich salads, perfect with any sides or as a stand-alone main dish all on its own. Try it with your favorite protein and crunchy veggies-the sky is the limit! This RECIPE can easily be adjusted and will always bring variety with the same delectable, crave-worthy appeal!
GOURMET CHICKEN SALAD:

MIX WELL:
1 1/2 cups cubed Chicken
1 diced red bell pepper or sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup celery, diced finely
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons Irresistible Spice Blend
OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup diced green onion, 1 diced yellow bell pepper, pecans or sliced almonds, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cubed avocado, cubed feta or other cheese, black olives, sliced red onion, chives, toasted croutons, 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, fresh cilantro, parsley, dillweed or basil, 1 teaspoon Tamari or Soy Sauce, a dash of pepper &/or a pinch of sea salt.

VARIATIONS INSTEAD OF CHICKEN:
Cubed Turkey, Salmon, Tuna, Whole Shrimp, Chopped Eggs, Slices of leftover Pork or Beef Roast, Cubed & marinated Tofu or Tempeh, and even Kidney or Navy beans!
SERVE ON A BED OF CHILLED LETTUCE. (Best flavor if marinated 1-8 hours in fridge!)

Hi friends I love bake potatoes.
Now I love them more with irriresistible spice blend. I don't want to lose weight I just want to enjoy organic butter along with 2 potatoes. Hmmm. Ahh.
